Can guests book directly from my website?
Yes. We connect the website to your existing booking page, booking engine or PMS. The website sends visitors into that direct-booking flow; availability, payment and reservation administration remain in your booking engine or PMS where applicable.
Is MaSy a PMS or channel manager?
MaSy is primarily a marketing, website and automation platform. We can work alongside a PMS or booking engine and connect booking data where an integration is available, but we do not position MaSy as a replacement for every operational PMS or channel-management system.
What is a digital guest app?
A mobile guide guests open through a link or QR code, containing information such as check-in, WiFi, house rules and local recommendations.
